Hiring Hub is looking for a dedicated Nightshift Driver to provide transportation to individuals experiencing homelessness to winter shelters across the city. This is a contract position for a 4-5 month period through the winter. Hours will be 6 pm to 6 am, and the schedule can vary, including weekends and holidays.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Safely operate and transport riders to approved shelters; perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance concerns as needed

• Work with local EMS, law enforcement, and other departments to arrange pick-up and drop-offs at designated locations.

• Accurately document outreach encounters, services provided, and client interactions.

• Maintain awareness of surroundings and support a safe environment for staff and clients in field settings

• Adhere to all organizational policies and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, infection control standards, and mobile clinic protocols

Requirements

• Valid NM Driver's License without any restrictions

• Must be able to pass drug and background screening

• Must be 21+
